The brunch began in 2021 as an intimate gathering of family and friends in memory of Jeannette Johnson, the mother of one of Generations for America’s Board Members. In that year, Generations for America announced an inaugural scholarship in her memory, and in 2022, the Mother-Daughter Brunch was opened to the public as a fundraiser for GFA’s scholarship program.
The Brunch is a classy affair that serves to honor the legacies of mothers, celebrate who we are as women and strengthen our relationships with each other.
The 6th Annual Mother Daughter Brunch will be held Saturday, May 9 at The Bibb Mill Event Center in Columbus, GA. Tickets will go on sale in March 2026.
